Registration Policies

Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD) and payments drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit card fees will appear as a charge on your credit card statement to Schneider and Associates, the conference management firm.

Online registration is preferred and highly recommended. Electronic registrations must include complete credit card information.

Methods of Payment  

Fees to attend the meeting must be paid in advance. Registrations are not considered guaranteed until a check, money order, purchase order, or charge card information is received. Organizations can be billed only if a purchase order accompanies the registration either by fax or by mail. Individuals who do not have a valid purchase order from their organization cannot be invoiced.

Registration will be confirmed via e-mail once payment is received.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The charge on your credit card statement will appear to Schneider and Associates.
  • Check made payable to CSSP. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Bank Transfer: After 1 December 2019,¬† the registration form will no longer accept the option to pay by bank transfer. If you selected this option prior to this date and have questions, please contact the conference registrar: Jo Davis. Email:
